You invest a lot of time and effort preparing for your most awaited interview. You don't want to leave any part unprepared. However, when it comes to what the interviewer will ask, you stand blank. Hey don't worry, to help you prepare I have prepared a list of five most commonly asked questions during an interview. These questions will definitely help you to sail through that interview.
1. What is your goal?
An interviewer asks this question to know your farsightedness as well as your planning. He also wants to know if your goals align with the companies goal. So while answering this question you can categorize your goals into two short term and long term goals.
2. What are your strengths and weakness?
By asking this question interviewer only wants to know if you are aware of your strengths and acknowledge your weakness. Talking about your strengths must be easy for you but weakness (oops!!). Always state a weakness you have overcome or you are working upon. Never mention a weakness which may directly hamper your work in the organisation.
3. Why should we hire you?
In this question mention your strengths and skills which will directly help you to work in the organisation with the team. So your answer should include your technical as well as your soft skills.
4. Why you want to join us?
This question asks you to present your knowledge about the company you are being interviewed for. So always read about company's history, it's growth plans, recent news, product launch and so on.
5. Where do you see yourself five years from now?
This question gives you an opportunity to put your career plan in front of the interviewer. Give a general and practical answer to this question. For detailed information on this question read
