Kick Start Your Morning!!

I had never been a morning person. I always had to drag myself out of the bed after snoozing the alarm to the last. After reading Miracle Morning by Hal Elrod, I thought to give it a try. Honestly I was not very excited or positive about the results. But still I took it as a 21 Days SAVERS Challenge!! And yes it Miraculously changes your attitude, your energy level, your life...in short it changes You..it brings out the best out of YOU!!
I am sharing the morning routine named as SAVERS suggested by Hal Elrod.
As soon as you leave your bed Drink a glass of water and wash your face. And you will actually be awake. Now it's time to go ahead and start your Miracle Morning Routine
S stands for Silence. After getting up sit silently for few minutes. Show gratitude for things you have, for the wonderful morning, for the shining sun, for the new and bright day, for all the energy you have, for being a wonderful person, for everything you are and you have.
A stands for Affirmations. Hal Elrod said reminding yourself daily of all the achievements, all the energy and positive vibes you have, what a miraculous person you are, boosts your confidence to do more and do it better.
V stands for Visualization. Visualize your dreams, your goals. See how you will look, Feel what will you feel when you have achieved your goal. If you are planning for weight loss then visualize how will you look once you reach your target weight.
E stands for Exercise. Move a little. To kick start your day you need to pump up your heart. A simple jumping jack for few minutes can help you feel more energetic.
R stands for Reading. Reading one or few pages of some self help or motivational books daily is going to have a great impact on your life. You are starting your day with some motivation or may be some tips you can use in your day, at you work.
S stands for Scribing. Now write down your journal. You can write three things you are grateful for, three things you will do to make your day wonderful. And at night you can add things you did and things that made today an amazing day.

This routine doesn't take much of your time. Hal Elrod even suggested to do this as 6-minute Miracle Morning routine for days when you are pressed with work.

Go ahead and give it a try and share your experience.
